General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in workshops, masterclasses and other live events produced and hosted by The Freedom Studio.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version in effect at the time of participation will apply.

Definitions

  • “Participant” or “Participants” refers to you or any other man or woman, alive, flesh and blood, and not an entity, corporation, or person, who enrolls in and participates in at least one Workshop, in part or in whole.
  • “Content” refers to presentations, slides, images, videos, recordings, materials, and any accompanying discussion or explanation shared with Participants during or in connection with a Workshop.
  • “Workshop” refers to an educational workshop, presentation, session, or similar event offered by or in association with The Freedom Studio, whether delivered online or in person, and whether free or paid.
  • “Educator” or “Educators” refers to the men and women, alive, flesh and blood, who present Content to Participants during a Workshop and/or facilitate discussions or study sessions associated with the Workshop.
  • “Organization” refers to any organization, whether a corporation, private trust, private member association, unincorporated organization, or otherwise, that operates under or in association with “The Freedom Studio” brand name.

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in, participating in, or attending a Workshop, Participants agree to be bound by the following rules and guidelines:

1. Private Participation

The Workshop is a private education association, and all Participants agree to attend in their private capacity as a man or woman, alive, flesh and blood, and without the use of any titles, real or fictitious.

2. Content Ownership and Use

Except when otherwise expressed or indicated, all Content is the sole and exclusive property of the Organization. No Participant may claim ownership of the Content, in whole or in part. Participants are granted limited, revocable beneficial title to the Content for the duration of the Workshop and for the sole purpose of educating themselves, and for no other purpose.

3. Educational Purpose

All Content is shared for educational and entertainment purposes only and may not be construed as legal, financial, or medical advice.

4. Recordings and Distribution

Participants agree that they will not download, copy, share, reshare, distribute, sell, or exchange a recording of a Workshop, in part or in whole, to any non-Participant.

5. Participant Responsibility

Neither the Organization nor the Educators are responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the application of any Content by Participants. Participants agree to be 100% responsible for any outcomes or results based on their application of the Content.
