Private mediation is a consulting and advisory service delivered by a neutral and independent third party.
Unlike court judgments or arbitration, mediation is not binding upon the parties.
Instead, all parties are enjoined under the principles of “best effort” and “good faith negotiations.”
Private mediators don’t carry licensed or state-sanctioned titles; instead, they are well-studied in the principles of natural law, objective morality, equity jurisprudence, and private contract law.
A private mediator approaches each interaction with a focus on creating consensus or the “win-win” outcome for all parties involved.
Trustee Recruitment – Hire and Equity-trained Trustee
- Our team is continuously recruiting and vetting trustees from within The Trustee Network
- Our proprietary vetting process includes background checks, character reference checks, and interviews
- We will introduce you to at least three candidates, including a grantor and two trustees, or one trustee and one protector
- We conduct “warm” introductions via Zoom video conference call
- Once accepted, the candidate contracts directly with you and your trust without us as an intermediary
- Our team will help you with the logistics of hiring and on-boarding the trustee
- We continue to support the trustee and provide them with ongoing education and mentoring
