How does it work and what’s included?
- Dedicated Advisor. We assign an Advisor to work closely with you through the entire process. This ensures that you always have a single point of contact with our organization who is well-versed in the subject matter and your requirements.
- Trust Indenture Creation. To be robust and effective, a trust indenture must be well-crafted and adhere to best practices. Our team will write three (3) trust indentures representing the three most common types of trusts. This step affords the biggest time savings to our clients, while preserving maximum asset protection.
- Trustee Recruitment. Other than the trust indenture itself, the trustees are the single most important aspect of a robust trust system. We save you days or weeks of searching by introducing you to fully vetted professionals to act as Grantor, Trustee or Trust Protector.
- Full Handover. We walk you through the trust indentures and the process to fully establish your private trusts. We also guide you through the process of fully establishing your trust system.
- White Glove Service. Includes 30 days of follow-up support by our team, and a 30-day complimentary membership to The Trustee Network
