How Our Trustee Recruitment Service Works
- Our team is continuously recruiting and vetting trustees from within The Trustee Network
- Our proprietary vetting process includes background checks, character reference checks, and interviews
- We will introduce you to at least three candidates, including a grantor and two trustees, or one trustee and one protector
- We conduct “warm” introductions via Zoom video conference call
- Once accepted, the candidate contracts directly with you and your trust without us as an intermediary
- Our team will help you with the logistics of hiring and on-boarding the trustee
- We continue to support the trustee and provide them with ongoing education and mentoring
- You receive one follow-up consultation with an advisor to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement
