What is Equity and Why is it the Ultimate Commercial Remedy?
Equity, also known as equity jurisprudence is a well-established legal jurisdiction that embodies the spirit of good conscience, fairness and right dealings among men and women.
Unlike common law, which is very rigid, may be overridden by local custom, and doesn’t have a remedy for beneficiaries of a trust, equity suffers from none of these limitations.
Equity derives its power from natural law, and it is the man-made legal jurisdiction that most closely approximates the moral laws of our reality; however, it is also very well-hidden, and must be properly studied in order to bring forth in and out of the courts.
